If your total order exceeds 49€, we offer free shipping on all orders within EU. This means you won’t pay any shipping fees when your purchase reaches this amount or more.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with tracking information so you can follow your delivery all the way to the pickup point or delivery address.
Unclaimed Packages
If you do not collect your package within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier, it will be returned to imoodsweden.com. We recommend collecting your package as soon as possible to avoid this.
If you have paid for your order but fail to collect it, you will receive a refund for the products (excluding the shipping cost) once we have received and processed the return.
Imoodsweden.com charges an administrative fee of 25€ for unclaimed packages. This fee covers return handling and logistics costs.
