Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59), counted from the day you receive your order.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products or food supplements, including patches, gummies, and tablets, as these products cannot be returned once opened or delivered.

To initiate a return, please email info@imood.se and return the product in its original condition and original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

All returns must be properly packaged and sent using a trackable shipping method.

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages will be subject to an administrative fee of 25€ to cover handling and shipping costs.

Please note:

- Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Returns based on personal preference or taste are not accepted.

- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or individual sensitivities.
