Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure fast delivery.
Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once your order has been processed.

Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days in accordance with Swedish distance selling laws.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products or dietary supplements including patches, jellies, gummies and tablets once opened or delivered.

To request a return, contact us at info@imoodsweden.com. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective.

All returns must be securely packaged and sent with tracked shipping.

Unclaimed or undeliverable packages will be charged an administrative fee of 250 SEK to cover shipping and handling costs.
