Therefore, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations are possible once the order has entered processing.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (Distansavtalslagen 2005:59), counted from the day you receive your order.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to hygiene products or food supplements, including patches, jellies, gummies, and tablets, as these products cannot be returned once opened or delivered.
To initiate a return, email info@imood.se and return the product in its original condition and packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.
All returns must be properly packaged and sent using a trackable shipping method.
Unclaimed or undeliverable packages will be subject to an administrative fee of 250 SEK to cover handling and shipping costs.

- Returns based on personal preference or taste are not accepted.
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or individual sensitivities.
